Watertown Community Foundation Youth Council Grant Deadline Announced


As a group of six Watertown High School Juniors and Seniors, the Watertown Community Foundation Youth Council is in its tenth year of serving Watertown’s youth. Their mission is to provide funding to the youth in Watertown by promoting charity, education and culture.

The Youth Council is accepting grant applications until March 12, 2010. The Watertown Community Foundation Board has made available $7,500 for distribution to youth serving organizations in Watertown.

Mission Begins: Group Aims to Make Codington County Hunger Free By 2013

SD Nonprofit Enhancement Project Begins Second Year

The South Dakota Community Foundation and nonprofits across the state have one year under their belts since the South Dakota Nonprofit Enhancement Project began.

Those belts are tighter now, too, as the past year has brought an even closer relationship between the nonprofits according to Stephanie Judson, vice president of the SD Community Foundation.
